Would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.
Every time we stay in Leamington Spa, like to stay here. Overall, it's chilled-out base for exploring Leamington Spa attractions. Its location is ideal & comfortable, just off Leamington and lots of nearby National Trust properties.

The hotel was located close to the attractive garden, lots of nearby National Trust properties and all transport connections. The room itself was large and fairly quiet with wooden floors.

The staff was amicable and welcoming and we would return here. Got good-sized and fairly quiet room with the attractive garden with country views, tissues, as for instance - always come in handy.

It was a chilled-out base for our fab stay. The location for Leamington Spa was fab and marvellous, short walk to the attractive garden, lots of nearby National Trust properties and all transport connections. The rooms were beautiful and comfy and with tissues and the attractive garden.
